Privacy policy

KVM Technologies FZE LLC ("KVM", "we") is responsible for the personal data handled by our website, our client work and the apps we operate. An app may also have its own privacy policy explaining exactly what it collects; this page summarises how we work across all of them.

What we collect

• Contact and business details you send us, for example when you enquire about a project or become a client.
• Account details you give us, such as your name and email address.
• What you create and do in our apps, so the app can work and you can see your history.
• Purchase records: what you bought, when and for how much. Card details are handled by Stripe, Apple or Google, not by us.
• Technical data needed to run the service securely, such as error reports.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, deliver client projects, provide the apps you sign up for, process and support payments, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising in our apps.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run our apps (for example hosting, payment processing, email and AI providers), under contracts that limit how they can use it, and authorities where the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data. Most apps let you do this yourself in their settings; otherwise write to support@kvm.ae.
